Before starting the Application process, it is important to note that for Iranian applicants applying from within Iran, it is mandatory to already hold a valid membership to the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines. International applicants, whether applying from within Iran, or from outside, should already be a member of a British chamber of commerce, and have a reference letter from them or from the British Iranian Chamber of Commerce (BICC).
