The founders of the second round of Irano-British Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines are as follows:

2. A. M. M. Sadeghi	ICCIM vice President and President of Semnan and Mazandaran Cement Factory
3. Assadolah Asgar Ouladi	ICCIM vice President and President of Hassas Export & Import Co.
4. H.E. Eng. Ali Kolahdouz Esfahani	Deputy of Minister of Petroleum
5. Dr. Mehdi Behkish	Senior Advisor to the Iran Chamber of Commerce
6. Dr. Amir Houshang Amini	Senior Economic Advisor to ICCIM and  vice President and  MD of Iranian Technoengeenering Ent. (ITE)
7. Ahmad Mousavi Akhavan	President & MD of Toli-Tec Co.
8. Eng. Farhad Rahnama	President of Polar & Saunir Duval Co.
9. Jafar Zarebini	President of Mahoot Textile Factory

The founders, then got to work at once and in several sessions they discussed comprehensive viewpoints to write a Charter for the Chamber.

The newly adapted Charter was finally ratified in General meeting of the Irano-British Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Mines.
