While offering the best congratulation and the best wishes for the coming year 2006 to be definitely better than the year 2005, we must notice the fact that, there has been no year in our life comparing to this year, in regard with the occurrences of natural misfortunes. Millions of people were afflicted with disasters such as several earthquakes, typhoons, namely tsunami ,hurricanes and other destructive natural events, which brought about hundreds of thousands deaths and injured many and destroyed most of natural and man-made wealth and resources in the most part of the world.

However, the year 2005 from some points of view, especially establishing the regional and global economic development as sub part of international and national political development, will be recorded in the world's history as a remarkable turning point in the international and national political transition. But no one can close his eyes on the scale of these unprecedented occurrences, which are not compatible with the year before.

It is outstanding that in this year the extent of the said changes affected Iran as a part of the world which at least had his effects on the economic relationship between Iran and Britain.

It is expected in the year to come, the joint chambers of two countries don't hesitate to make their best endeavor to improve the economic relationship and raise general welfare of the two countries through improving their efficiency of executive managements and the members, holding joints meetings and interchanging trade and investment missions.
