In the true sense, economics and economic activities are the most crucial components of politics in all human societies, including that of our own, and as such they are subject to all difficulties and shortcomings that arise within the political system and process; in particular, challenges arising under foreign commercial relations, including the formation and activities of related organizations. The vivid fact that it is only with concord and trustfulness that we may avoid the negative consequence of each environment.

The quiet and calm manner with which the sixth annual general assembly of IBCCIM -- admittedly the a unique organization of it’s kind in Iran -- along with the election of the new board of directors for the new period of chamber’s life cycle, in spite of various challenges of the past few years, was organized with commendable trustfulness and cooperation of members which no doubt reflects the adherence of the Board to the same attitudes in the administration of the chamber.

Now, it is patently obvious that the prudent performance of chamber’s duties and the advancement of its plans in the future requires similar avoidance of destructive attitude, parallel activities and workshop management style, as well as strengthening and expanding Chamber’s communications capabilities, facilitating the commercial and investment missions between Iran and UK, organizing seasonal gatherings of members so that they get know each other and the reflection of their needs and requirements to relevant officials aiming at improvement of the country's foreign commerce.

Considering chamber’s experiences of past several years, above-mentioned goals must receive particular attention.
