Participating in rebuilding of ruined urban and rural installations and equipments and, in general, all Iraqi's infrastructual establishments for Iranian and British Companies, must bring desirable security and peace to Iraq and the region, for many reasons.

The peace, which is the main provision for resuming many economic activities specially for rebuilding Iraq, is also very important and determining factor. This will result economic interests for three countries as well as their companies, and is the unique reality, which will be recorded in the history of relationships among them, and stabilizes a medium turn economic development within the region. The incident which will bring historical tripartite solidity and friendship to the said countries, and will tighten their tripartite political and economical relationships. The event which will be followed for establishing a long meritocracy in both Iran and Iraq.

According to the above mentioned facts, it is necessary for the authorities and correspondents of the two countries, among them, IBCCIM at Tehran and BICC at London, not to hesitate to do any diligence for participating in rebuilding Iraq, while Iran is equipped with unbeatable abilities and potentialities for taking part in restoring Iraq. These special potentials and possibilities are; Existing of more than 1450 km. Common border with Iraq possessing all kind of necessary and essential materials to restore ruined urban and rural, establishments and all infrastructural installations, Also presence of cheep and experienced labor force acquainted with Iraq's culture in many aspect of life, and finally Iranian people are popular to Iraqis specially in comparing to the other neighbors. Therefore there is no doubt that negligence in taking advantage of this situations and opportunities is unforgivable.
